End of Tenancy Cleaning
You will require a deeper clean than our standard service and we can help with that. We will look at the floors, walls and ceiling when the tenancy agreement has come to an end. We will find out what is required to be done to prepare the property for the new tenants. You will require a professional cleaning service to do this properly, as there is more than just dust and dirt that needs removing. This service is perfect for flats, houses, offices and other commercial properties that are handed back to their owners after being vacated.
What is covered: Internal windows, window frames, all paint work such as skirting boards & doors, light fittings, floors, kitchen cupboards inside & outside, all white goods within the kitchen such as fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor fan. Deep cleaning of the bathroom/shower area, removing limescale & mould where possible. Dusting, hoovering and mopping and cleaning all surfaces.
